Full Journal pdf2004-02-04 Senate Journal Page 2070 SR 2 Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 2 Recognizing February 6, 2004, as Ronald Reagan Day in Alaska, which had been held on the Secretary's desk (page 2068), be taken up as a special order of business. Without objection, SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 2 was read the second time and was before the Senate on final passage. Senators Wilken, Green, Cowdery, Olson, Ben Stevens, Bunde, Seekins, Wagoner, Gary Stevens, Dyson, Stedman moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as cosponsors on the resolution. Without objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 2 Recognizing February 6, 2004, as Ronald Reagan Day in Alaska, pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following result: SR 2 Second Reading - Final Passage YEAS: 16 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 2 ABSENT: 2 Yeas: Bunde, Cowdery, Dyson, Ellis, Elton, Green, Guess, Lincoln, Olson, Seekins, Stedman, Stevens B, Stevens G, Therriault, Wagoner, Wilken Excused: Davis, Hoffman Absent: French, Ogan and so, SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 2 passed the Senate and was referred to the Secretary for engrossment and enrollment.
